Evo Keep is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what data we collect, why, how we protect it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this website:

  • First and last name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Service of interest
  • Content of your message

We do not collect any special categories of personal data as defined by Article 9 of the GDPR.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

4. Recipients of data

Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. It may be transmitted to the following technical processors, solely for the purpose of providing their services:

These processors are bound by contractual obligations ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by the GDPR.

5. Retention period

Your data is retained in our email inbox for the time strictly necessary to process your request.

Beyond that, it is kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, in accordance with applicable Belgian prescription periods for commercial relationships.

After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, send your request by email to info@evokeep.tech, clearly stating your identity. We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days, in accordance with Art. 12 GDPR.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking purposes.

Cloudflare Turnstile, integrated into our contact form, may place a strictly necessary cookie for anti-bot verification. This cookie does not collect any personally identifiable data and does not require prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).

Evo Keep reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time, in particular to comply with regulatory changes.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a material change, we will inform you via the website.
